Old backup tapes still hold readable data. Throwing them away — or sending them for general recycling — risks a data breach under UK GDPR. We arrange secure, documented destruction of LTO and legacy data tapes.

Tape restoration and migration
Before you dispose of old tapes, make sure nothing on them is still needed. We can help recover and migrate data from older LTO generations and legacy tape formats onto current LTO tapes, disk or cloud storage, including tapes your current drives can no longer read.
